  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or directly through your BERAH LUXURY account.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • BERAH LUXURY has no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors and building staff
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Reach out to us at contact@berahluxury.shop within 7 days of the delivery date

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either reship or refund your order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. BERAH LUXURY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@berahluxury.shop — we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.

Packaging

Every BERAH LUXURY order is carefully packaged in our signature black packaging with gold tissue paper and a BL wax seal, ensuring your purchase arrives in perfect condition and ready to gift.
